Not a lot to go on here. I think the decision is between C/C and C/R. Your opponent is probably aggressive enough to bet the hand, so there's no real need to jam it on the end that I can see.
I think both the above actions work, it just depends on the opponent and how likely they are to call with a worse hand if you C/R (and if you can fold to a 3-bet)
