I figure that most of the time, let's say about 75% of the time, I'm a 2:1 favorite or better. The rest of the time, I'm likely a coinflip.

Wow. Really? I find that these oversized preflop raises mean either AK or a medium pocket pair (77-TT). If I see someone do it for the first time, I'm generally going to tenatively put them on AK. If this guy's been overbetting preflop all the time, that's a different story, but without a read I fold.
