Why not? The reason he slowplayed on the flop is that he (correctly) believed he had his opponent buried so badly that the only way he could get action was by letting him catch up. We've got him killed on the flop, then the board pairs low and suddenly we think we're behind? It's more likely that villian caught just enough to pay us off.

Of course, this is without even mentioning that this is:

a) a freeroll where people will probably pay off your river push with next to nothing

b) a winner take all event where we have to take every chance possible to accumulate chips

At no point in this hand am I afraid of being outdrawn. If I play it fast, it is only to avoid losing action to scare cards.
