it's obviously a metaphor for utter disaster. hell, it's not even a metaphor, a trainwreck is a disaster. it's not some new hip slang. I'm trying very hard not to insult you here. In the context of oot, it's just the severe embarassment of some poster, I guess.
edit: that came off a bit harsh, I can see how you could misunderstand the word for some higher meaning with the number of times it has been thrown around lately.
The origins porbably date back to the Chuddo thread where he described this chick he went on a date with, and said he banged her. Her Myspace profile gets leaked and OOT'ers start F'ing with her and she eventually gets directed to the thread in question, makes a 2+2 account and badmouths Chuddo publically. It was hilarious for almost all parties involved. [censored] 's thread is attempting to replicate that drama.
