The only gray area we might be worried about is 2p2 beeing seen as a third party helping to finalize these transactions, if he did so privately then it would be fine, however, publicly doing it wouldn't be kosher I would suspect as it would involve 2p2 as a whole in an act specifically outlawed by the sites.
