I'd probably call, mainly because it's so hard to put Villain on a hand.
I'd expect to lose while I was calling though -- to 87s or 77 or a deep slowplay (J9/33 type hands) or 96s or QJ.
Once in awhile you will see pocket 5's or A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], though. Against a 2/4 unknown, I think you'll see a worse hand often enough.
Edit: If the pot were heads-up on the river, I'd like my chances a little better.
