I like the new Act I structure at Foxwoods. 1500 starting chips, 15 minute rounds. I forget the exactly how the blinds increase, but it gives the player reasonable play and they average about 90 minutes. Juice is a bit high (only game in town) but your buddy can adjust accordingly.
