MicroBob: It's been my experience that a raise here doesn't fold an unknown BB often enough. If a raise is pretty sure to fold the BB, I agree we should raise. At 5/10, that hasn't been my experience, and I don't want this 3-way OOP.
I'd rather keep the pot small and play smart agressive postflop.
Your argument definitely has merit though. It all depends on what we assume about the BB.
