Fold > Raise > Call preflop imo. Calling is very bad imo. As for the turn, he could have 99/22 here, I guess 9/7 and A9 are also possible as he was on the button. 33% isn't exactly supertight, so I won't discount those. Out of those the only thing you beat is 9/7 , and I think a set is more likely here. You say he hasn't gotten out of line, so I can't imagine he would be checking behind with that many people in the hand with just a big ace. This problem was easily avoid preflop, though.
