rule of thumb is between 10-15xx the buy-in for the limit you play at.
If you are a successful 5/10 6 max.. try playing at the $50 party 6max or even full ring.
with a 7k br I wouldn't bother with the $25 games.. they are just as stupid as the $50 ones for less money.
Try multitabling there. see how you find it. if that goes well move up. I suggest you look at 25k hands at each limit before you move up...
