Got there Christmas night, and the place was pickup up steam quickly. I got into a 6/12 game immediately at around 7. There were no lists for 3/6 or 6/12, at that time, but within 2 hours, there were lists, games, and lines all over the place until I left after 1:00.
6/12 game was good, as usual. A couple good young players, and a few loose donators. A few of the good players may have been 2+2ers, I'm guessing. If so, and you are reading this, I was the bald guy, green shirt, goatee. Nice to meet you guys.
Thought my first hand was a horrible omen, as I flopped a set of Q's to a flopped straight and a turned flush (and obviously, I didn't fill up). After that things worked out well and I ended up 19 BB's. Not a bad Christmas at all.
