By Cash games do you mean limit or NL?

Get Theory of Poker, it is a must. Small Stakes Hold em is also a must if you are going to play limit, and then Hold Em Poker For Advanced Players.

If you haven't yet, get Harrington on Hold'em Volume 2 End Game too.

I wouldn't get the Super System 1 or 2 as your fifth book, the NL chapter will lose you a lot of money in small stakes games, (You'll get some ideas from it, but it'll need to be adapted so much that why not read something else) and the limit section covers the same sort of things that Hold em Poker for Advanced Players covers, but not nearly as well.

Instead get Phil Gordon's Little Green Book, you'll be far better off.
