Terrible. Minraises here often mean mid pocket pairs, or hands like ATs. Fish don't know how to play these hands with a 10bb stack, so they just raise a bit without thinking about how to handle a push, or how to play the flop. Bad players will call with plenty of dominated unpaired cards, and you're in good shape against a pair < KK. Tighter players will fold preflop, but calling gives them the chance to hit unpaired cards that you are ahead of, whereas they'd fold preflop. You have a ton of folding equity here, exploit it. Really really easy push.
