if he has a K, you are drawing to 3 aces and 4 to your gut shot. you can't really check/call because of pot odds. i think you have good folding equity and should almost always followthrough with a bet on the turn. bet/fold the turn and most likely check fold the river UI. again this is is read dependent, but i hate check calling the turn unless he is an aggressive player that you want to get to showdown against.
