Default Equity of position--can anyone point me in the right direction?
Does anyone recall articles written about the equity value of position? Or any studies done somewhere that are accessible online?

Or does anyone have anything to add to the subject? How much equity is position worth? With deep stacks, early in a tournament, how much more valuable is AQ from the button vs. AQ in MP, vs. AQ in EP, etc.? This is speculation of course, but I'm looking for a consensus estimate.
