Books to help w/ frustration at draw outs
What books do you guys suggest for dealing with the frustration that comes with draw out after draw out by the 60/4/.4 calling stations? Im really fighting to keep myself from f'in and blinding in the chat window right now. I know that doesnt solve anything and I really want to deal with this in a good way. May be even put it to my advantage if possible, but certainly deal with it in a healthy way that enables me to to stay focused and "thinking about the next hand" as the Lederer woud say.
