OK, they didn;t respond. I called today, and support said they would put me on a list that they are checking over.
It sounds like they made thousands of mistakes, and only intend to check accounts of PEOPLE WHO CALL THEM! So if you have a totalbet or UK betting account, do yourself a favor and check your statement to see if they took money out.
