i emailed them yet no reply. My party points has always been never up to date for some reason. i played 500 raked hands, 100 party points because of nl 25 but it tells me i do NOT qualify for a scratchcard on december 25th... of course my partypoints were not updated. I checked my account after i played 500 hands and it gave me that message.
