Easy. The women's restroom or whichever line is shortest.
If people got offended, it wouldn't be my favorite pub/bar/club. I wouldn't hang out in a place where I felt uncomfortable.
On another note. They should put unisex/ family restrooms EVERYWHERE. Have you ever babysat a child of the opposite sex who is too old to accompany you to your restroom, but you can't go into their restroom? Have you ever nursed for a parent or grandparent of the opposite sex and had the same problem?
Also, About 1 percent of all people are born with some sort of ambiguous genetalia, choromosomes, hormones, etc. They might perfer to use a non-sexed restroom.
Have you ever been to European unisex restrooms? It's no big deal... Get over it, prudes!
