I'm thinking that we need to keep the max buy-in lower so that we can keep the game going for a while. If the max is too high, that reduces the number of people willing to give the game a try. Who wants to buyin for $80 or $100 when the rest of the table has huge stacks of $800? The reason the previous game died out was that the live ones went broke so fast.
