Default Re: High Volume Players - What value do you want for your play?

[ QUOTE ]
Asking for a realistic "prize" for high-volumn play, I would like to see 40% of my own rake going into a fund where I can claim buy-ins for WPT and WSOP tournaments. I have all year to achieve a "minimum" prize, and can simply click on a "purchase" button to redeem it.

With this in mind, the site handles the money, handles the purchase of my buy-in, and sends me a confirmation number so I can go to the tournament and get in. I wear the special polo shirt/hat chosen to represent this group.

Prizes with and without lodging should be available.

If I play $5/$10 and the average rake is $2, then my rake will be somewhere around 20 cents per hand, so 8 cents could go to my "prize fund." After 1000 hours of table time (at 60 hands per hour) I should have $4000 saved. If I multi-table, then 1000 hours of 3-table play gets me to the ME of the WSOP, with lodging paid-for.

It would be great if I could get buy-ins for the $1500 events and up, also.

Hey Dog,

I think this is an excellent idea.
