Search for, download, and run Crap Cleaner. Very useful general deletion program.
Then, search for, download and run either Mozilla Firefox, or Avant Browser, and never have to use IE again.
Once you stop using IE, you will never go back. Whenever I have to use IE at the library or at school, I shudder at the lousy search box, and no tabbed browsing, among other stuff.
