Default A7o steal

SB 40/15/1.5, BB 60/1/0.8

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (9 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (6 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

River: (9 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero calls, SB folds.

Final Pot: 11 BB

This is probably too standard but should I raise this turn against a preflop 3-better? With the passive still in it does the equation change drastically?
