If you don't feel like dirtying up dishes, then here's an option that I'm sure most of you haven't tried...
2 eggs
precooked sausage
English muffin
cheese
paper bowl
paper towel
Crack open 2 eggs into a paper bowl, stir it up.
place 2 sausage patties on a paper towel
place the eggs and sausage in the microwave and set it for 2:30. (poke some holes in the egg after 2 mins)
While that is cooking, put the english muffins in the toaster.
DING, put the egg and sausage on the muffin, add cheese... munch away
no dirty dishes either
