Bob Backlund would occassionaly win his WWWF championship matches with it.

A more routine hold than the sunset flip is the "inside cradle". The only time I've ever seen footage of a major championship changing hands on that hold is when Terry Funk defeated Jack Brisco for the NWA title.

Sting beat Ric Flair with an inside cradle for his first NWA championship at the 1990 Great American Bash when Ric tried to slap on the figure four
