Fold. You don't have the stack size to put in extra blinds hoping to get lucky. Secondly, when you do get lucky your stack is way too small to reap the benefits. An all-in raise might work, depends on your oppoenents and if you think they can call a big raise. I'd probably just fold, but a raise could be right.
