I think if it doesn't go off as currently planned on Tuesday, you can go ahead and try for some of the smaller tournaments as long as you give enough time for those not interested to unregister.

I like this idea a lot. Have the drawing on Thursday night if we don't reach 110. This will give people who don't want to play in the smaller events time to unregister.
