Your post isn't really specific, but I'll try to help.

#1 Are you playing within your bankroll? If you're upset about these losses, which seem insignificant to me, I'm thinking you aren't. Also, if you can't handle losing a buy-in by getting Aces cracked, I think you should reconsider playing cards. If you got your money in preflop with the best hand, you played right.

#2 Have you looked at your starting hand requirements? Are you opening or worse yet, open-limping with marginal holdings out of position? I really think that you need to look at this closely. If most of your losses are small, then you're likely limping out of position with weak holdings and check-folding the flop. As you said, these add up.

#3 I'll say it now because someone's going to beat me to it: 5K hands is a small sample size (and I'm liberal about sample sizes).
