Casino On Net & Firepay
As everyone SHOULD know by now, you should never make your initial deposit into Casino On Net via Neteller because of the increased WR. However, I've just completed the whole process using Firepay. Normal WR, cashout took 5 business days, or 1 week from request. Not fast, but if you've already got a Firepay account, a good alternative to the e-check thing or a wire transfer.
