1 - we are not folding this hand (assuming hero intended to at least call the flop raise)
2 - our hand comparitive to his cannot be worsened by the turn (in a fashion that would effect your flop decision)
3 - a hand that we are behind on the flop will be calling our push
4 - a hand that we have dominated could fold
