I did not think you were whining in the other post (although I would have simply given you one buy-in as compensation) nor do I think you are in this one.

Party advertises a "Disconnect Protect" feature as a benefit to customers. Unless you were multitabling and the DP's were used on other tables prior to this one, then you should have won the pot.

[/ QUOTE ] Since it was a fault of their's they should compensate you for the full pot amount since that is what an appriopriately functioning DP feature would have done. Refunding only your investment in the pot is ridiculous.
