Default Re: Online vs. Live - Musings on my first live experience. (Long with LC)

")... the same crazy [censored] that you experience online also happens live. Two incidents stand out: I saw set over set with the top set being beat when the lower hand drew quads on the river."

I have no illusions after 10 years of live play. I remember a 4 handed flop where there were three sets hit and everyone slowplayed. The fourth man spiked a set! No river quads, KKK take it.

My distrust of online poker is rooted in my very dim view of the expected honesty of those that would gravitate to the industry. Add to that my general distrust of those in a position to take advantage and I'm 100% certain some sites cheat right now. It can't be otherwise.

I'm 100% certain some Fortune 500 CEO will go to prison for malfeasance in the next 2 years. Not much difference if you think about it.
