i think this is true in mid to high limit games, but at low limits you can often call on third if there is no raise and hope to catch perfect. of course only if you are able to fold on fourth street if you dont catch an A or K, or if you pair the side card and can limit the field.

hands like this at lower limits can be tricky and an inexperienced player probably shouldnt play it in the manner i suggested, but a better player with experience can.
