Just click "last hand" in the upper right hand corner of the table window. this will bring up a window showing the numbers and hand history of every hand you observed (as a player or 'from the rail') since you opened the client. Be aware that they are not always in chronological order, especially if you played more than one "session" at a table or also observed it when not seated at the table.

PV will display them automatically after every hand. Much easier when multi-tabling.
