Absolutely. Given the button raise you don't have much to fear from being capped, meaning you're paying 1BB into a 4.5BB pot; odds of flopping a set are 7.5:1, all you need to do is pick up 3.0BB if you hit. (Yes, you won't win every time you hit, but on the other hand your 33 will win UI some of the time.)
At worst this is a tiny tiny bit -EV, and you show the SB that he cannot easily isolate button/CO raises.
