Nope, fully cashable.
However, I used the wrong code, couldn't play blackjack, so I had to play "red dog". Figured my deposit was toast, so I gambled the hell out of it, double-if-you-lose starting at $25. Sucks the table limit was $200, or I would have made some serious money.
