Turn - not capping sucks unless you have a very strong read that he doesn't 3-bet anything but the nuts. You're ahead of so many hands and the few times you make a mistake when he has QT you have 10 outs to beat him.
River - Checking behind would eat turd balls. JJ and two pair hands are paying you a bet way more than you're paying them two (you'll even be ahead of the c/r a few times, too). It is absolutely terrible.
