A lot of the time when I get KK in the early levels I end up all-in preflop, so I wanted to ask about this hand where I actually have to play. How's the PF raise? 2/3 good for flop? It's sort of coordinated, but shouldn't fit a hand that limp called...but this is an $11 so I'm also pretty sure it has to. Do I cut myself out of more action by pushing the turn or do I pick up a good sized pot before losing a big one?
