Re: observe hands help
In the Auto-Important hand history popup, click the second tab and about halfway down there's a checkbox that says something like "Do not important observed hands" Make sure that isn't checked and it should work. I'm at work or I'd give specifics. Also make sure they are being saved to your HD.
