Yes I am alive and that is important. And I now have a excuse to wear shorts to work. I think this is Karma bitting me in the ass for this post

I don't know about the insurance. I called the family lawyer when I got home and he is coming to the house in the morning to talk about everything. He said something about the county as well for not striping the road. So god only knows who he has in mind to sue.
