Default Re: small flush out of position.

I had trouble three betting because of the raise when the five hit and I had one in hand. Which means he can't have hit a set or two pair on the turn (what would he have called preflop with?), and if he had it on the flop, he would not have let a free card hit.
So he either has a flush or Ac (maybe Qc or even JcTx). There is value to 3 betting if he has a single club 80% of the time, but if he has a flush then I am lossing an extra bet. I thought it was an equal chance of either, and thus a lossing fraction of a bet in the long run. As I am either way behind or only slightly ahead.
When the Ace hits the river, either he has a flush, or he paired the ace. I have to bet this because I don't know if he will bet with the Ac. Raise should tell me he has a flush, but with even a 20% chance of him having an ace, I have to call.

but I should have lead the flop
