That's one funky hand history. You raise, the SB folds, some other guy folds in between, then the BB calls. On the flop the BB raises, but then SB leads the turn, back from the grave!

Anyways, as a general rule of thumb I usually assume unkown opponents never fold until they prove otherwise.
