i did this. they said call them. i did this. i think i explained it perfectly clearly, but he said they couldn't do it. i asked if i called again i might get a different answer, he said impossible. i said other people seem to have had different experiences, he said it wasn't possible, and that i should email the pr department and have them talk to party.
im using firepay.
