There is nothing you could have done on either hand. It happens.
You are right to hate cold calling raises so when you find yourself in a position where the same people keep raising and raising you can 3-bet instead of fold a lot more hands. If Mr. 66/27 raises and you have AJ, 3-bet it. 77, 3-bet it. KQ, 3-bet it. Against someone with that high a pfr I am 3-betting any hand that I would open with. Try to get it heads up with these guys.
