GT+ is free and PA Hud is free for 1 table at a time. Why not download both and try each of them out?
The main difference is GT+ you have to manually add the tables you are on to get stats while PA Hud does it for you. PA Hud is also a lot more user-friendly when it comes to adjusting layouts.
