Garlic is awesome. Please try not to use the powdered kind. Powdered is usually soo weak, you can't taste it or need lots of it.

Cumin, cayenne, oregano go into great chili.

I love cilantro in guacamole and salsa.

Rosemary is good on lamb and potatoes.

But I put black pepper on everything. And thus, my favorite spice.
