I always got my bonus at GoldenRiviera within a few hours. And I played for 30+ bonuses there this year.
It could be a problem with their email-adress. The one from Phil doesn't always work. I always sent my mails to
SupportGRP@goldenrivieralounge.com and
help@vegaspartnerlounge.com as well.
