This is a good cautionary tale, but you shouldn't beat yourself up too much over it.

I can't imagine anyone who hasn't fallen into this with LAGs at their table. So easy to focus on kicking their ass when you have the power hand only to forget there's another player in the hand who is actually rational and whose bets have real meaning.

LAGs are hard to play. They tend to have a multiplicative effect on your swings in both directions.
