The rail of their poker room extends all around the poker room to over by the sports book, in front of the sports book bar around to the bathroom. This is a very high traffic area and tends to get a lot of random gawky pedestrian traffic. This is also where they spread 30/60. I've walked into the bellagio quite often to find that every single 30/60 (3 or 4 games) was being spread directly on the rail. When I was there last time there was an 80 on the rail as well.
These larger limit games are exactly the type of action game that ought to be spread on the rail. At any random 30 game there are thousands of dollars of $10 chips surrounding the tables and plenty being thrown around the playing surface. Postflop streets going many bets and dealers pushing around large pots is exactly the kind of game that entices onlookers to give poker a try.
