First of all I would cap this preflop.

I think 3 betting the flop is too much. Villian's raise means he likes his hand and doesn't want to lay it down. You would like to take this hand to showdown even if you don't improve by the river and you would like to do it as cheaply as possible.

I would just call the flop raise then call turn and river bets. I think your opponent is going to showdown something like AJ or AT often enough for this to be profitable. Of course if you hit one of your outs you should try and get a c/r in.
